Directions to Tanda Tula

Drive through Hoedspruit, turn right at the second stop street and drive for 7 km, and then turn left onto the Timbavati Road (Signposted). Travel along this road (the first 18 km is tarred), until you reach the Timbavati Control Gate. The entrance fee at the Control Gate is R80.00 per vehicle (road levy), and R90 per person (conservation levy.) Continue along the road after the control gate until you reach the second turn-off to the right. This road leads to Tanda Tula and is well signposted.

If you are self-driving from Johannesburg, the estimated time of departure, should you wish to arrive in time for lunch, is 07h00.
