• At Lily Pond 16 local black and coloured people are employed.
• 3 of our employees have their Fairtrade certificate including Margret(owner).
• We are BEE 4 category.
• We encourage to replace allien vegetation with idigenous plants.
• We use mountain water and recycle grey water for irrigation.
• We encourage guests to use water sparingly.
• We also use safety bulbs and are against AC in rooms/suites.
