The Perivoli Lagoon House is set in a stunning, isolated, 140ha wilderness of colourful Fynbos biome, a stone’s throw from the Kleinriver lagoon with panoramic views of the Lagoon and the majestic Kleinriver Mountains. It is the unusual nature of the Lagoon – the fact that it is fed by freshwater from the Klein River but backfilled most years with saltwater from the Ocean when the sand dunes at its head breach – that explains its unusual ecosystem and which makes it such an extraordinary place to visit.

The ultra-contemporary stylish villa is adorned with thoughtful touches, tasteful African-sourced artefacts and pictures, an infinity pool and a large deck overlooking the Lagoon and its birdlife, providing a luxurious haven in the heart of nature. The only dwellings in view are those on the opposite side of the Lagoon.

The villa is owned by the philanthropically-focussed Perivoli Trust which dedicates its efforts to conserve natural habitats and to improving the quality of education particularly of nursery school-aged children in Sub-Sahara Africa. All profits of the House go to these causes.
